Purchase Your COVID-19 Test

Our Hawaiian Airlines passenger COVID-19 RT-PCR test utilizing saliva collection is $105 per person . You may purchase more than one test at a time.

Once you have purchased your test from the Order Test link below, you will be directed to our appointment scheduler. The test is performed at our headquarters, located at 16020 Linden Ave N, Shoreline, WA 98133.

• Appointments are available from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
  
  
• Each appointment is 15 minutes in length and suitable for testing 1-2 people. 30 minute appointments are available for groups of 3-4.
  
  
• You will receive a confirmation email with your appointment time and necessary forms to complete ahead of time.
• Please review our Informed Consent for Laboratory Testing and Authorization for Disclosure of Protected Health Information before making your purchase. You will be required to indicate that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms before we can test you.
