Our COVID-19 RT-PCR test is $99 per person and must be purchased in advance. You may purchase more than one test at a time.
- All tests are direct pay. Payment is processed via PayPal and can be done with a credit or debit card or funds in your PayPal account. All taxes and applicable fees are included in the price.
- HSA and FSA payments are accepted.
- We are unable to bill your insurance on your behalf; however, we can supply a superbill upon request that can be submitted to your carrier for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider to verify eligibility for insurance reimbursement.
- Please review our Informed Consent for Laboratory Testing and Authorization for Disclosure of Protected Health Information before making your purchase. You will be required to indicate that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms before we can test you.
- Once you have purchased your test, you will be directed to our scheduling system where you can schedule your appointment.
