How to Schedule Your Appointment


1. Select Nasal Swab or Saliva test(s) for the number of individuals to be tested.

Appointment times are based on the number of people in your carload you plan to test and range from 10 minutes for an individual to 20-minute appointments for groups of 3-4 people. You may select from either our nasal swab or saliva collection options. If you need to test a larger group, please contact us at 206.365.1256.


2. Add "Expedite Test" for 24-hour turnaround, if required.

Results are typically available within 36 hours of your appointment and can be expedited within 24 hours for an additional fee. Rapid PCR Testing is also available with results delivered within 2 hours.


3. Select the Day and Time You Prefer

Same-day appointments are often available.


4. Purchase Your Test

Tests are pre-paid through our secure payment portal.


5. Print and Complete Intake Form

You will receive an email confirming your appointment time along with a required intake form. Please print, complete, and bring it with you to your appointment, along with your photo ID.

We have reserved parking spaces available for you in the front of our building near 7/11. Please arrive at your appointment 10 minutes early. When it is time for your appointment, please walk to the front entrance and ring the doorbell to receive further instructions. Specimen collections will take place either under the canopy or inside the front of the laboratory during inclement weather.


Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to bring with me to my appointment?

Please bring your photo ID and a printed and completed intake form. This form will be included in your appointment confirmation email. Photo ID is not required for children under the age of 18.

What time should I arrive for my appointment and how long will it last?

Make sure to arrive 10 minutes in advance of your appointment time. If you arrive late for your appointment, you may experience a longer  wait time for your specimen collection.

Each appointment is 10-15 minutes in length and suitable for testing 1-2 people. 20 minute appointments are available for groups of 3-4.

Do I stay in the car during specimen collection?

No, please come to the front door at the time of your scheduled testing. Testing will either take place under the canopy or inside the front of the laboratory during inclement weather. Upon arrival, please ring the doorbell for further instructions and to check in.

Can more than one person be tested at a time?

Yes! A 10-15 minute appointment is suitable for testing 1-2 people. 20 minute appointments are available for groups of 3-4.

Where does testing take place?

Specimen collection is performed at our headquarters, located at 16020 Linden Ave N, Shoreline, WA 98133. An authorized staff member collects your specimen under the canopy at the front of the building or inside the front of the laboratory during inclement weather. 

What is your cancellation policy?

A full refund will be issued if you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours of notice. No refunds will be issued if less than 24 hours of notice is given. Please email or call 206.365.1256 to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

How quickly will I receive my test results?

Results are available within 36 hours of your appointment. You will receive your test results from the COVID Response Partners via email.
