Regardless of your scheduled appointment time, all test results will be completed, provided to the Chinese Consulate, and available for you to apply for entry at the same time that evening. Meaning there is no difference in the report deliverability time of any appointments.

3. Fill Out Booking Forms
To book your appointment you will need to fill out Step 1 for the information needed to deliver your results to you and the Chinese consulate. Once step 1 is completed you will need to fill out the booking form for your appointment.

We have reserved parking spaces available for you in the front of our building near 7/11. Please arrive at your appointment 10 minutes early. When it is time for your appointment, please walk to the front entrance and ring the doorbell to receive further instructions. Specimen collections will take place inside the front of the laboratory.

Specimen collection is performed at our headquarters, located at 16020 Linden Ave N, Shoreline, WA 98133. An authorized staff member will collect your specimen either under the canopy or inside the front of the lab during inclement weather.

Results are available within 24 hours of the collection time. All results will be prepared and available for the Chinese Consulate by 8 am the morning following your collection.
