1.Whom may I call with questions?
You may call US BioTek Laboratories Customer Care at 1-877-318-8728
with questions concerning collection and shipment of patient specimens.
2. How much does testing cost?
Fee information may be obtained by calling USBT’s Customer
Care line.
3. Will insurance pay for this testing?
Yes. Although USBT is not contracted with any medical insurance
carriers, testing is reimbursable by many. Payment for testing
services may be received through an account set up in your name
with us, or sent in directly with the patient’s specimen.
4. How may I obtain test kits? If you are a practitioner and you intend to use our services, test kits and requisition forms are provided free of charge upon request.
5. How do I send in patient specimens?
Specimens may be sent in the mail at room temperature in the postage-paid
U.S. Post Office mailers provided by us.
6. What do the test results mean?
Lab results are only part of a comprehensive health evaluation.
Our reports are easy to read and self-explanatory. We provide
a complimentary 4-day Elimination and Rotation Diet Guideline
and food family guide booklet with every Food Antibody Assay
in addition to a welcoming patient cover letter. With our Urinary
Metabolic Profile and Environmental Pollutants Biomonitor, you
have the option of requesting a complete customized interpretation
from Carbon
Based Corporation® for use with your patient. For
additional technical support please contact our Customer Care.
US BioTek does not provide consulting services directly to patients.
7. How and when do I get my patient’s
test results?
All results remain confidential and are mailed to your office directly
within 7 business days. Our Urinary tests are sent within 7-10
business days.
